How to order

Ordering couldn't be easier. Choose one of the following methods to place your order or if you have a query, simply give us a ring on 0845 217 9984 (Mondays to Fridays, 9a.m. to 5p.m.).

Before you place your order

It’s a good idea to thoroughly check that the measurements for your windows are correct for the style of curtain you have chosen.

Online

Having decided on the products you’d like to buy, select the fabric colour, fill out the measurements, state the quantity required and click the Add to Basket button for each item. The shopping basket will keep all the items together. On the Order Summary page you can amend your order if you need to before proceeding to the checkout.

When you have placed your first order, you will be sent an automated email with a user name (your email address) and password. You can use this to sign back into the site the next time you visit to access My Account. This allows you to view your orders and keep track of their status (whether they’ve been despatched or are pending delivery). If you are a repeat customer (thank you for your custom), sign in first and then pay for your goods.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Delta, JCB cards. The payment pages are hosted on a secure server and the details of transactions are encrypted so that information relating to your card is protected. For added security, we do not keep any card details. We take payment from your card when you place your order and then send you an email confirming your order.

By email

You can also email us your order if you prefer. Please provide us with all the correct details of your order, and send the email to contact@pardalondon.com. For security reasons, we advise you to send us any payment details by post or by phoning us on 0845 217 9984. We do not advise that you send us any credit/debit card details by email.

By phone

If you'd prefer to place your order over the phone, call us on 0845 217 9984.

By post

You can also send us your order by post if you wish. Please provide us with all the correct details of your order and the card by which you wish to pay, or attach a cheque for the right amount. Cheques should be made payable to Parda London Ltd. Please do not send cash through the post. You can write to us at:

The order will be confirmed by email or by post if you prefer. Please ensure that you provide all the correct information about your order. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please ring us and we will confirm whether it's possible to make the changes at that stage.
