Deliveries

We deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery is free for orders of £100 and over. Deliveries of total value below £100 will cost £10. We can arrange to have deliveries made to areas outside the UK mainland with a carefully chosen third-party delivery team. Please let us know what you’d like to order and where you’d like the items delivered and we’ll let you know the delivery charge. (For deliveries outside the UK, please note that you will incur the costs or charges of loading, unloading, carriage and insurance.)

Once your order has been confirmed, we will email confirm likely delivery date.Please provide us with as many contact numbers so we can keep you infirmed of the status of your order.

All deliveries by National Courier companies that will ask you to sign for the goods by way of acceptance. If you are unhappy with any of the items, please ring the sales team to arrange for a return. All returned items must be kept in their original packaging. Please see our terms and conditions for our returns policy.

We aim to deliver all items within a 21-28-day period – sooner if they are in stock. We will notify you if any items are likely to take longer than this – some items can take up to eight weeks for delivery. Please also note that we cannot offer a full or partial refund on bespoke or amended goods. Please see our returns policy in our terms and conditions for more information.
